I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for my needs. There was plenty of room for my toddler to run around and play. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including at least 20 different types of honey and the option to make waffles. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to find parking right in front of the house. Additionally, the tram stop was only a short walk away, providing quick and easy access to the city center.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Wonderful kindness of all staff. We suffered the cancelations of flights due to the ash cloud from Iceland and all the people of the hotel made easier all matters, good price for the room we had to keep, etc... The suites are large and very well decorated. Situation is good for the Exhibition and the Airport, and 10 minutes by car from the center and old part of Düsseldorf.
Only two small details: Beds could be firmer, we found them very soft. We missed some kitchenware.

Enormous rooms with great character. Helpful and enthusiastic staff
Room prices were escalated because of both a business convention and the Eurovision Song Contest. This is not unusual, however we booked 4 rooms whereas 2 would easily have been sufficient given the sizes.

This hotel really surpassed my expectations. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from a great selection of restaurants. the room was huge and offered great views of the garden. the breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the free coffee offered in the lobby and the friendly staff who were always available to answer any questions.
I found the shower in my room to be a bit small and outdated.

Very friendly step, large size suite room with a balcony
Breakfast is not included, and the price is little too high.

We reserved a suite, which was very very large. The sitting area was as large as any German living room I've ever seen and the bed area was seperated by the generous bathroom with a large tub...Very nice!
The floors were 'creaky' with each step, which made it a challenge to get our baby to sleep at night. Parents travelling with light sleepers should be ware!

This place is located in a nice residential neighborhood, in a quiet area, but still within easy reach of the center. The tram stop is just a block and a half away, making it convenient to explore the city. The room amenities here are fantastic, with tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel also offers leisure facilities such as Wi-Fi and a bar/lounge area. this hotel provides enhanced comfort and quality services that make for a luxurious stay.
I highly recommend this venue to family and friends.

The rooms were comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom and the hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. Close to downtown via taxi or tram. Baked treats in the lobby were irresistable.

The room was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for our romantic escape. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices to start our day off right.
The furniture felt old-fashioned and could definitely use a modern touch. the lack of free Wi-Fi was a drawback, as it would have been more convenient to stay connected without having to pay an additional fee.

Got a great room on a deal! The room was a suite, and had an old-age charm to it. Well located, and free parking in the streets, so costs were low. Service was very good too, with the reception offering to help with information regarding sights nearby!

The suite - where you can spread out and enjoy each the trip. The staff was remarkable and amazing!!! This is a wonderful place to stay and I would definately stay there again many many times!
The only thing I was surprised at was no air conditioning -but it worked out well with supplying fans etc. Also, the garage was very very narrow.

The hotel is located in a nice residential neighborhood, just 3km north of the center, making it easily accessible via the tram, which stops only 1 and a half blocks away at Spichernplatz. It's perfect for visiting the Xmas Market and offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet area. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with luxurious bathrooms featuring powerful showers and large sunken baths. the staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices.
The sofa in the room was a bit dated and uncomfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good.
Location was not very interesting but it was relatively close to Messe Dusseldorf. There was little English speaking channels available and no newspapers in English available. There were some really loud people in the hall and the walls do not attenuate the sound at all.
